Ingredients:

250g Butter, softened

1 tsp vanilla

1 1/2 cups brown sugar

2 eggs

1 cup plain flour

1 cup self raising flour

1/2 cup cocoa powder

1/2 cup dessicated coconut

250 g chopped dark chocolate

The mixing bit:

preheat your oven to 160c/315f. Cream the butter, sugar and vanilla. beat in the eggs, then stir through the flours, chocolate, cocoa and coconut.

Place good size mounds of mix on baking trays lined with non stick paper, and bake for 12-15 mins. Eat as soon as they are cool enough to not burn you!

Should make about 18, leaving you a good dozen after quality control!
